Flickoral is a mobile-first webcam discovery application. It does not host performers or streams; live previews and affiliate links are provided by our data partner under the Performers Ext API.

By using Flickoral you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).

What Flickoral is and isn't

Flickoral is a discovery and directory layer: it surfaces performer listings supplied by our data partner and links out to their respective platforms. Flickoral does not host, produce, or control any live stream, image, or performer profile, and is not responsible for the content, availability, or conduct found on third-party platforms once you click through.

Affiliate disclosure

Flickoral participates in an affiliate/referral program with our data partner. When you click through to a performer's page, Flickoral may earn a commission. This does not affect the price or terms you get on the destination platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, systematically harvest, or republish Flickoral's listings; attempt to circumvent the performer blocklist or access content on behalf of a blocked entry; use Flickoral for any unlawful purpose; or harass, impersonate, or misuse the identity of any performer.

Intellectual property

The Flickoral name, logo, and site design belong to Frederick Simon Conseils. Performer images, streams, and profile content belong to the respective performers and platforms and are used here under license from our data partner for listing purposes only.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Flickoral is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including as to the accuracy, availability, or legality of third-party listings. To the fullest extent permitted by French law, Frederick Simon Conseils is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flickoral or any third-party platform you access through it.

Termination

We may restrict or block access to Flickoral, in whole or in part, for any visitor found to be in breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date below.
