DMCA / Takedown Notice

Flickoral does not host any performer content. All live streams and previews are provided by our data partner via the Performers Ext API and hosted on their respective platforms.

If you believe content displayed through Flickoral infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to dmca@flickoral.com including:

Identification of the copyrighted work or the performer/content in question
The URL(s) on Flickoral where the content appears
Your contact information
A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized

We will respond and remove infringing content without undue delay. Once a takedown is validated, the corresponding performer is added to Flickoral's blocklist and stops appearing immediately, even if the upstream data provider keeps returning it.

TODO: REMOVAL CONTACT CONFIGURATION REQUIRED — confirm dmca@flickoral.com is a monitored mailbox (or replace it) and name a designated DMCA agent before production launch.

Note: this page is specifically for copyright/takedown claims. A performer who simply wants their profile removed from Flickoral (no copyright claim) should use Remove me instead — no DMCA notice is required for that.
